Welcome to the Web Home of the YLE - Student Section
This page will feature the Student Activities. It will probably be aimed at high school, undergraduate, and graduate students It should have things like
Current Events
We could have our own news summaries, or we could simply link to various sites. Finally, it think it is possible to have automatically updated news links that have the real-time headlines. Add new stuff here
Get Involved!
We could have: success stories about youths being politically motivated, chat rooms (don't know how to do that!), links to political campaigns, information on lobbying trips (i.e. March Storm, the one I did), et cetera
Conduct Lunar/Space Science
Have cool examples here, like Lunar Sat or the U. Stuttgart program. Also, have links to student funding opportunities for conference presentations (like the ESA funding for IAC). Lastly, links to Parabolic Flight campaigns, etc
Outreach
Are you passionate about space? Do you want to share your passion?
One of the most rewarding and beneficial things that you can do is to share this passion with kids! Kids love space, and--if you do it right--they love learning.
Student groups around the world visit local elementary schools to spread the love of space. Find out how you can do it, too!
